Solar Fundamentals
This intensive one-day solar energy training workshop is an introduction to solar electricity and solar hot water production using solar technologies. The solar training workshop begins with an overview of solar energy - how sunlight is converted to electricity and heat. Topics also include basic residential and commercial solar electric and solar thermal system design and installation, markets and applications, and emerging technologies. The solar training workshop is designed for anyone interested in knowing more about solar energy. No prior knowledge or experience in solar energy is required.

Entry Level Solar Electric Training (NABCEP)
This solar training course provides students with basic knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) cells, modules, and system components; electrical circuits; PV system design, estimation, and code requirements; solar electric products and applications; an understanding of energy conversion from sunlight to electricity, and how to work with solar conversion equipment. The course is designed for all individuals that want to seek entry level solar training and/or NABCEP certification.

Solar Success: Thermal Design and Installation (NABCEP)
This course provides students with basic knowledge of solar thermal system design, installation, troubleshooting and operation procedures for residential and commercial water and pool heating. The course is designed for all students and includes classroom instruction, component demonstration, and a hands-on installations lab. The course is designed for all individuals that want to seek entry level solar training and or NABCEP certification.

Solar Success: PV Design and Installation - Online
This solar training course provides you with basic knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) cells, modules, and system components; electrical circuits; PV system design, estimation, and code requirements; solar electric products and applications; an understanding of energy conversion from sunlight to electricity, and how to work with solar conversion equipment.
The course is designed for anyone interested in solar energy, those in the midst of career change who are interested in working in the solar energy industry, and contractors and business owners who want to expand into solar energy system design and installation. The web based solar PV online training course provides flexibility for students to commence training at anytime. No prior knowledge or experience with solar energy is required.

Solar Installation Lab
This solar training course offers students two full days of hands-on solar installation experience. It is offered as a stand alone lab or in conjunction with our 24 hour Online Solar Training Program (S105) . Taking both S105 and S106 offers students a more flexible and modular way to take our Solar Success: Solar PV Design and Installation Training Course (NABCEP®) (S103).
Successful completion of course S105 and S106 provides students the same benefits as our traditional five day course Solar Success: Solar PV Design and Installation Training Course (NABCEP®) (S103).

Advanced Solar Design
This three day solar training workshop is for advanced solar energy experts who need to produce high quality specifications and documentation required by architectural design teams, engineering firms, developers and discerning property owners. This class will cover design drawings, feasibility reports, stringent building department reviews, the bid process, and construction administration for small to large scale, grid-tied solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Advanced Solar Design and Installation
The five-day solar training class is designed for experienced dealers, installers, electricians and others who have a solid understanding of solar fundamentals, basic electrical and mechanical concepts and a familiarity with the National Electric Code. Topics include system design and component specification, in-depth electrical and mechanical calculations, diagnostic testing and troubleshooting, and project document preparation. Diagnostic testing and system performance analysis training will be provided by technical representatives form major component manufacturers. This course is a combination of in-class and hands-on lab activities.

NABCEP® Certified PV Installer Exam Prep
This intensive two-day solar training workshop is the PV industry's most thorough preparatory class for the NABCEP® photovoltaic (PV) Installer Certification exam. Students review advanced Solar PV, electrical and safety topics, and discuss test-taking strategy. Individual assessment of strengths and weaknesses and a study plan is provided.
