ONTILITY Kicks Off A Strong 2011 after a Record 2010

Houston, TX, April 1, 2011 — ONTILITY, today announced the results of its first, full operating year. ONTILITY's revenues for the year came in over 40 million for the year. Additionally, ONTILITY finished 2011 and the last six months of the year with a revenue run rate of 70 million to 80 million. Another important and very key metric, ONTILITY now has over 750 certified partners and dealers/installers. ONTILITY estimates that 75%-85% of its certified partners and dealers/installers drive revenue on a quarterly basis. ONTILITY's training division trained over 1,500 students for the year. ONTILITY's solar project support services team also enjoyed month over month growth and increasing demand for its core services. ONTILITY's 2010 growth was fueled by gaining significant solar market penetration via solar training, solar product distribution, solar project support services and industry recognition. Going forward into 2011, ONTILITY's expanded executive team, new manufacturer relationships and world-class, 80,000 square foot distribution center will allow ONTILITY the ability to hit its next mile stone of 100 million in revenues.

Financial Highlights

For the fourth quarter end December 31, 2010:

  • Revenues increased to 18 million from 2.5 million in Q4 of 2009 and 14.5 million in Q3 of 2010.
  • ONTILITY achieved profitability for the quarter.
  • Gross margins increased 2% from Q4 of 2009 and 2% over Q3 of 2010.

For the year end December 31, 2010:

  • Revenues increased to 40 million from 3.5 million in 2009.
  • Revenue run rate for the last six months was greater than 70 million annually.
  • Training and project support services revenues grew by 70% over 2009.
  • ONTILITY achieved profitability the last six months of 2010.

Other Highlights:

  • Passed 750 certified partners and dealers/installers milestone.
  • Distribution business unit now has over 120 manufacturer partnerships/relationships.
  • Training division trained over 1,500 students for the year.
  • Training division and training team achieved ISPQ designation.
  • Boasts the largest team of NABCEP professionals in North America.
  • Launched world-class cloud-based Netsuite Ecotech® platform throughout the organization.
  • Signed solar partnership agreement with North America's largest, industry-leading supply chain management services and electrical and telecommunications distribution firm.
  • Employee count grew by more than 300% in 2010 and added four new, key executives.
  • Added several strategic partners and dealers/installers, including: Astrum Solar, Trinity Solar, Mercury Solar, NRG Solar, Quanta Services, IES, Solar Universe, Solar Community, Alternative Power Solutions, Lumos, Vista Solar and West Coast Solar.
  • Increased credit facilities to support growth.
  • Provided engineering and procurement (EP) services for more than 30MW of solar projects
