Houston, TX, April 1, 2011 — ONTILITY, today announced the results of its first, full operating year. ONTILITY's revenues for the year came in over 40 million for the year. Additionally, ONTILITY finished 2011 and the last six months of the year with a revenue run rate of 70 million to 80 million. Another important and very key metric, ONTILITY now has over 750 certified partners and dealers/installers. ONTILITY estimates that 75%-85% of its certified partners and dealers/installers drive revenue on a quarterly basis. ONTILITY's training division trained over 1,500 students for the year. ONTILITY's solar project support services team also enjoyed month over month growth and increasing demand for its core services. ONTILITY's 2010 growth was fueled by gaining significant solar market penetration via solar training, solar product distribution, solar project support services and industry recognition. Going forward into 2011, ONTILITY's expanded executive team, new manufacturer relationships and world-class, 80,000 square foot distribution center will allow ONTILITY the ability to hit its next mile stone of 100 million in revenues.
