Polar Bear – Flat Roof Solution
Polar Bear Gen II is the next generation in flexible ballasted solar mounting systems for commercial flat roof applications. Its innovative, streamlined design features:

• Just three major components plus two nut and bolt sizes
• Labor saving factory-installed features, including a mechanically attached recycled rubber pad
• A modular, adaptable single module design
• 5 and 10 degree tilt angles with multiple inter-row spacing options
• Integrated, UL 2703-certified grounding
• Advanced thermal compensation and roof protection

Polar Bear is available as either a non-penetrating ballasted solar mounting system or a hybrid solution with minimal roof attachment. The primary difference between Polar Bear and Grizzly Bear, another PanelClaw flat roof solar mounting system, is its wind speed rating. Polar Bear is suitable in areas with basic wind speeds of up to 120 mph (193.12 Kph) while Grizzly Bear is only appropriate for wind speeds of up to 100 mph (160.93 Kph).

Grizzly Bear – Flat Roof Solution
Grizzly Bear Gen II is an environmentally friendly ballasted mounting solution for commercial flat roof applications. Its innovative, streamlined design features:

• Just three major components plus two nut and bolt sizes
• Labor-saving factory-installed benefits including integrated ballast, recycled rubber pad, and wire-management chases
• A modular, adaptable design with a single-module tilt-up feature
