Thank you for your interest in becoming a Powered by ONTILITY Certified Partner. Print and fax us the downloadable form. We will review your application and run a credit check. When your application has been approved, we will notify you of the terms established for your account.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders for companies located in the state of Texas until a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax certificate has been sent to us. Charges for sales taxes will not be refunded on any orders placed prior to receipt of your certificate due to federal and state tax regulations.
