Solar Assets
ONTILITY is a leader in turnkey commercial and industrial solar solutions and EPC services for both the private and public sectors. In some strategic partnerships, ONTILITY will deliver turnkey solar systems and operate the solar energy asset. Currently, ONTILITY is teaming with many key partners and clients to develop projects which will become ONTILITY strategic solar assets. Our plan is to build a leading portfolio of commercial and industrial scale solar projects throughout North America.
Project Criterion:
- Project must be in North America – Favorable solar markets take precedence.
- ONTILITY must deliver the turnkey solar asset (Design through Installation through Support).
- Project must be over 150kW DC – ONTILITY preferred project size is 250kW to 1MW DC.
- Project must be supported by a feed-in tariff (FIT), SREC program, rebate program, or PPA program.
- If FIT program is available, ONTILITY will pay a land or roof lease as a percentage of energy production - Typical lease term is 20 years.
- Project must be shovel-ready within 6 months.
