Training Director

Stephen oversees ONTILITY’s Training Department and is key in the development and growth of the consulting services division. He is also a co-founder and Executive Director of the Louisiana CleanTech Network (LCTN), which started as an idea to have a local New Orleans based Renewable Energy Industry organization and grew to become the LCTN. Over the past two years Stephen has worked with local and state government, NGO's, electrical utilities, green building and renewable energy companies to develop a Clean Technology and Renewable Energy industry in the state of Louisiana. Prior to joining ONTILITY, he was a principal in ADVEN – Advanced Energy Strategies. Stephen has also worked in the construction industry to teach, promote, train, manufacture, and perform the installation of energy efficient technologies, including: radiant barrier systems, exterior sealed vapor barrier wrap with incorporated drainage planes, air infiltration sealing, correctly-sized and intelligent AC systems, geothermal HVAC systems, reflective roof surfaces, solar thermal systems, gas instantaneous and solar hot water heaters, natural daylighting systems, heat reflecting window films, and advance thermostatic and energy management control systems.
