Kirk Wehby is CEO of ONTILITY, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Kirk brings to ONTILITY deep leadership experience in technology distribution and quality management. From 2008 to 2012, Kirk was Vice President of Global Operations for Smith & Associates, the world’s largest independent distributor of electronic components. As part of the Executive team at Smith he led worldwide operations, logistics and quality. Kirk also oversaw the expansion of in-house testing laboratories and third party certification programs. From 1997 to 2008, Kirk was Director of Operations and Supply Chain for Cardone Industries, where he managed start-up and integration of operations in Belgium and Mexico. Kirk received a B.S. from Oral Roberts University and M.B.A. from Westchester University.
Vice President Corporate Strategy
Alexandra Harrison is responsible for creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives throughout ONTILITY. Additionally, she manages the training, design/engineering, consulting, marketing, leasing and customer service/support teams. Alexandra plays a key role in companywide decision-making and focuses closely on developing national strategic accounts. Prior to joining ONTILITY, Alexandra developed and managed the sales training program at Standard Renewable Energy. She was responsible for establishing company-wide policies and procedures through technology-based applications to support the sales to installation processes for all business lines. Specific areas included customer support, business operations, sales tactics and strategic account management. Alexandra graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Corporate Communications.
Vice President Distribution Sales
Hollis leads ONTILITY’s Distribution Sales Team. Since joining the ONTILITY team as a Sales Manager in 2010, Hollis has worked with many of ONTILITY’s key accounts and has been responsible for more than 300 customers and $15 million in solar equipment sales over two years. Hollis is responsible for leading ONTILITY's national distribution sales team, sales team support and overall sales strategy. His goal for ONTILITY is to create an environment that enables ONTILITY's team to best support and serve its valuable customer base. Previously, Hollis was an International Account Representative at Smith & Associates, where he developed new markets for the 25 year old electronics distributor. Hollis is a class of 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Vice President Install Sales
Jeff manages residential, commercial and government installation sales for ONTILITY. Before ONTILITY, Mr. Wolfe’s previous roles include co-founding and serving as the President and VP of Business Development for Solar Community and as a regional sales manager for Solar Systems International out of Orange CA. Jeff has been designing and selling PV systems since 2005 and has overseen 3MW of residential, commercial and government sales. He also played a strategic role negotiating regional contracts with National Home Builders. Jeff earned a B.A. in environmental studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has been NABCEP certified since 2010.
Vice President Install and Distribution Operations
William manages both distribution operations as well as residential, commercial and government installation operations for ONTILITY. Before ONTILITY, Mr. Baxter’s previous roles included VP of Operations for Solar Community and President of Watershed Renewables. William is NABCEP certified and has been in the renewable energy business since 2009 where he saw an opportunity to start his own company while studying energy policy as a PhD Candidate at the University of Houston. William received a B.A from Texas A&M University and an M.A. from Texas Tech University.
Lindsey Garland is the Corporate Controller for Ontility, responsible for the oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. Prior to joining Ontility, Lindsey worked in Public Accounting as Auditor for PMB Helin Donovan, LLC. Her responsibilities included executing audit procedures utilizing generally accepted accounting principles and performing audit test work including account reconciliations and general ledger entries. Lindsey graduated from Texas State University with a B.A in Accounting.
